Unfortunately there is no exchange option in the e-shop. You have the opportunity to return the goods and place a new order.
Only unworn products in their original condition can be returned. The shoebox is also part of the item so please always double-box your returns. When returning the goods, you have the opportunity to use the same packaging bag with which you received the goods. However, if this package no longer exists, the product must be packed in a cardboard box or plastic bag without damaging the original product packaging. All shipping information about the return is added to the package by the courier.
Returning goods if ordered to Omniva parcel machine:
You will be sent a return code with via message when the goods have reached the parcel machine, with this code you can return the product to the parcel machine. In order to return it, you must take the parcel to the Omniva parcel machine and enter the return code received in the message.
Returning goods if ordered to Itella parcel machine:
The products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine - use the same code you used to receive the parcel.
NB! If you received the parcel from the new white Smartpost parcel machine and want to return it then please contact Itella Smartpost customer support.
Returning goods if ordered to DPD parcel machine:
After retrieving your package, you will be provided with a code via SMS, which you can use to return your order. When returning your order please select "Send or return package" on the parcel machine and enter the Code provided earlier. After you have entered the code, please follow the instructions on the screen and attach the shipping label provided by the machine on the package you wish to return.
Total return handling time can take up to 30 days until refund is credited to the customer's bank account. Once your return has arrived and been reviewed, we will send you a confirmation that we have received it. This confirmation will also include information about the refund, refund will arrive not later than 14 days. We will promptly refund the payment to the same account from which the original payment was made.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Sometimes it may take a little time for the funds to reach your account.
If the refund hasn’t arrived, please contact your bank, as payment processing can take time.
