Can I exchange my e-shop order?
Unfortunately there is no exchange option in the e-shop. You have the opportunity to return the goods and place a new order.
Return of goods
Only unworn products in their original condition can be returned. The shoebox is also part of the item so please always double box your returns. When returning the goods, you have the opportunity to use the same packaging bag with which you received the goods. However, if this package no longer exists, the product must be packed in a cardboard box or plastic bag without damaging the original product packaging. All shipping information about the return is added to the package by the courier.
Returning goods if ordered to Omniva parcel machine:
You will be sent a return code with via message when the goods have reached the parcel machine, with this code you can return the product to the parcel machine. In order to return, you must take the parcel to the Omniva parcel machine and enter the return code received in the message.
Returning goods if ordered to Itella parcel machine:
The products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine - use the same code you used to receive the parcel.
NB! If you received the parcel from the new white Smartpost parcel machine and want to return it then please contact Itella Smartpost customer support.
When can I expect to receive refund for the returned product?
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will return the money to the same account from which the order was paid for immediately, but not later than after 14 days. We may refuse to make refunds until the returned goods have been received and checked by us or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned to us.
