Returns

• Returning goods if ordered to Omniva parcel machine:
  You will be sent a return code with via message when the goods have reached the parcel machine, with this code you can return the product to the parcel machine. Read more here.

• Returning goods if ordered to Itella parcel machine:
  The products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine - use the same code you used to receive the parcel. Read more here.

• Returning goods if ordered to DPD parcel machine:
  After retrieving your package, you will be provided with a code via SMS, which you can use to return your order. Read more here.
